Privacy Policy

Information you provide.

• Waitlist. When you join the waitlist, we collect what you submit — such as your name, email, Instagram handle, profession, location, and how you heard about us. Waitlist entries are submitted through Google Forms and stored in a linked Google Sheet.
• Account and profile. To create an account we collect your email and a password. Your profile may include your name, display name, photo, bio, headline, location, contact details, social links, and professional or license information you choose to add.
• Listings and content. The opportunities and other content you post, including any details and photos you include.
• Messages. The content of messages you exchange with other users through the Service.
• Communications. Information you provide when you contact us.

Information collected automatically. We use cookies that are necessary to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may log standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps — to run and secure the Service.

Aggregated listings. Some listings come from third-party sources. That content is about opportunities rather than about you.

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• create and manage your account and profile;
• display your profile and listings to other users as the Service is designed to, and enable messaging between users;
• communicate with you — including waitlist updates, service notices, and listing-renewal reminders;
• keep the Service safe, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms;
• understand and improve the Service; and
• comply with legal obligations.

• With other users. Your profile, listings, and the messages you send are shared with the users you interact with or whom the Service is designed to show them to. Please be mindful of what you include.
• With service providers. We rely on trusted providers to run the Service, who process information on our behalf — including Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Vercel (hosting), and Google (Google Forms and Sheets for the waitlist).
• For legal and safety reasons. To comply with law or valid legal requests, and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Linqq, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use only the cookies needed to run the Service, such as keeping you logged in and remembering a preview-access setting. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account or your waitlist entry (see below); some information may be retained where required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

• Access and update. You can view and edit most profile information directly in the app.
• Delete. To delete your account, or to have your waitlist entry removed, email us at skxflute@gmail.com.
• Email preferences. You can opt out of non-essential emails; we may still send you important service messages.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. The categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 1 and include identifiers (such as name and email), professional information, content you create, and technical data. We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help protect your account by using a strong password and keeping it confidential.

The Service is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at skxflute@gmail.com and we will delete it.

The Service is operated in the United States and our providers process information there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
